Michael A. Smedley, who joined the firm in 1987, heads the investment team at Morgan Meighen. He is a director of the three closed-end funds managed by the firm. He has been employed in the investment industry for over 30 years working with Canadian and U.S. investment firms in Canada, Hong Kong and London. He has extensive background in many areas of the business including institutional and private client services. Prior to joining the financial industry, he was employed for many years in journalism and public relations and has worked altogether in eight countries. |

Jonathan Morgan, CIM is a principal of Morgan Meighen and a Director and President & CEO of the Canadian General Investments, Limited, Canadian World Fund Limited and Third Canadian General Investment Trust Limited. He is also a Director and Vice-President of the Catherine and Maxwell Meighen Foundation. In addition to being the lead investor relations representative, his responsibilities include strategic planning, business development and security analysis. |

Clive Robinson leads the private wealth management division at Morgan Meighen. He has extensive experience in the investment industry on both the institutional and the private investor levels. He started his career in 1980 as a stockbroker in London, England and is a Fellow of the Securities Institute there. He worked in the investment industry in both Hong Kong and Europe before coming to Canada in 1996 as Head of Private Banking for Credit Suisse. He joined Morgan Meighen in 1998 and has a focus on both domestic and international equity markets. |

Greg Eckel is a CFA charterholder and a Certified General Accountant (CGA). He joined the firm in 1989, progressing through various financial and analytical roles resulting in his appointment as a full-time member of the investment team in the mid-1990s. Greg concentrates on North American markets with Canada as his main focus. He also has responsibility for Canadian income-related securities. |

Alex Sulzer has over 20 years experience in global portfolio management, foreign exchange and international securities trading. Educated in Switzerland and London, Alex joined Morgan Meighen in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, he held various senior positions with major Swiss banks and Canadian investment firms located in Europe and Canada. |

Julie Brough has been in the financial services industry, working on behalf of private clients, for more than 10 years. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Her experience encompasses areas such as tactical asset allocation, North American equities and combining investment strategies with tax planning strategies. She is a regular guest on BNN and CBC Newsworld. She joined Morgan Meighen in 2004. |

Christopher King is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and also holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He joined Morgan Meighen & Associates in 2007 as a portfolio manager in the Private Wealth Management group. Previously, he had spent over 15 years in the capital markets with leading firms both domestic and international. In addition to managing private accounts, Christopher is the assistant portfolio manager of the Income, Global and Balanced Pooled Funds. |
